V10 procured this uniquely designed brownfield development site for Paradigm Housing Association. It is to consist of 142 well-designed homes to meet the area’s local housing demands.
The large, mixed-use scheme will deliver a range of houses and apartments. They will consist of one, two, three, and four bedroom properties in various forms together with new office space. The site was formerly a data centre which has since been demolished. It is conveniently situated within easy reach of the town centre and its excellent transport connections to local motorways and its direct rail and tube link into London.
This project was brought to life on the basis of all homes being made available for shared ownership tenure. This approach aligns with V10’s ethos of allowing aspiring buyers to purchase homes at a sensible level with minimal deposits.
The proposed development is exemplary in its appearance. It has many attractive design features which work cohesively with the site’s surroundings and its challenging topography.
All of V10’s Directors were placed under tight time constraints to de risk and acquire this site. It took V10 and Paradigm 37 working days from agreeing Head of Terms to complete the deal. The land was sourced by V10’s sister company Terra Firma Land.
